Do I have to buy on the day?
No. Your appointment is about exploring the collection, trying on bridal lehengas and seeing what feels right. There is absolutely no obligation to make a purchase.
Is there any fee to book an appointment?
No. Booking an appointment is completely free. We simply ask you to reserve a time so we can give you our undivided attention.
How long does an appointment take?
As long as you need. We want you to enjoy the experience, compare your favourites and choose with complete confidence.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. If you know the approximate heel height you will wear on your wedding day, that is helpful too, though do not worry if you have not decided yet.
Will it suit my body type?
This is the question we hear most, and it is exactly what the appointment is for. You will see pieces on you, and our designs are made to flatter every body type.
Do you cater to plus sizes?
Absolutely. Every bridal lehenga is made to your measurements, and we never charge extra for plus sizes.
How far ahead of my wedding should I come?
The sooner, the better. We generally recommend booking your appointment two to six months before your wedding, so everything can be completed comfortably.
Will it be ready in time?
Meeting your wedding timeline is one of our highest priorities. From the day you book, every fitting and milestone is carefully planned so your bridal lehenga is ready well before your celebrations.
My wedding is very soon, can you still make it?
Tell us your wedding date and we will be upfront about what is possible. We have helped many brides on shorter timelines, but we will never promise something we cannot deliver.
What is the price range?
Most of our bridal lehengas are priced between Rs 90,000 and Rs 1.8 lakhs. We will show you pieces matched to your budget. Every piece is hand embroidered and exclusively designed in our own studio.
Will my lehenga look exactly like what I saw or tried on?
Yes, absolutely. Your bridal lehenga is not altered from a sample. It is handcrafted from scratch in your measurements, following the design and details you approve.
Will I be able to reach you through the whole process?
Yes. Whether you have a question, need an update or simply want reassurance, we are only a message or call away.
I am not in Delhi, can I still order?
Absolutely. Book a video consultation and we will take you through the collection, answer your questions and guide you through the entire process from wherever you are.
How do measurements work over video?
We will guide you through the entire measuring process over a video call and ensure every measurement is taken correctly. If you prefer, you can also visit a nearby tailor and we will share a detailed measurement guide with everything we need.
Do you ship across India and abroad?
Yes. We regularly ship bridal lehengas across India and internationally, ensuring they arrive safely and well before your celebrations.
Where exactly are you, and is parking available?
We are located in Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi. MCD-authorised paid parking is available just a short walk from the store.
I have had a bad experience at another store, how are you different?
